EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
Join us for a short hike one of the most spectacular hikes in southern Jordan on the Jordan Trail, from Feynan village where it takes you to Wadi Feynan, where 3000 years ago copper and iron were mined and worked up. We will cross sections and experience the lifestyle of a local shepherd, and if the season allows, we will enjoy some fresh milk after milking the sheep ourselves. You will be served your traditional Bedouin meals and spending your night in Wadi Al Ghweir Camp in Feynan with Al Rashaydeh’s family. On the next day you will join three local experiences offered by our local community in the Camp; Traditional Arabic Coffee Making, Candle Making, and Kohl Making (Arabic eyeliner), before you head back to Amman.
